@K0TX when you come back from break, could you design, engineer, produce a digirig mobile with an onboard bluetooth module that passes audio and a comport please.
then all my radios could hookup to the phone without a usb cable.

Happy to help with this. Fair amount of embedded hardware and software dev experience. Let’s shoe-horn an ESP32 in there, it can emulate a CM108 for USB users, and provide Bluetooth and or WiFi connectivity for wireless users.
I was actually planning to make up something myself to do this with some Xiao boards - but I’ll wait for the official one! A suggestion: it would be awesome if this was an inline addon rather than a whole new DigiRig version. That way we could continue using existing boxes and just put this alongside them. Bluetooth is perfect and preferable over WiFi for the field, but to keep iOS users supported it will need to be BLE and not Bluetooth Serial.
