Old DigiRig Mobile Device (original size) shows up as: USB PnP Sound Device, Com port 3, and works great.
New DigiRig Mobile Device (slightly smaller) shows up as: USB Audio Device, Com port 5, and does not work.
Everything is identical in each case EXCEPT for the DigiRig module.
Any ideas? Is it the DigiRig device?
Nuts! My Bad. I was trying to order a second rig to have in my go kit and bought the wrong flavor.
The NEW (Not working) DigiRig mobile has CAT Config: Logic Levels (default) (DRMOB).
The Original (working) DigiRig mobile has CAT Config: CI-V (DRMOB-CIV).
I should have checked my past orders to make sure I was buying the same one before ordering.
Yep. Converted the new one from Logic Levels to CI-V and it works great.
Be sure to save yourself a bit of work by ordering the correct model.
