No Connect to RS-232

Hello Digirig users, I’m having trouble connecting to the serial interface. My transceiver is a Kenwood TS-2000. I’m using Digirig Mobile and the Digirig DB9 cable set – RS-232 and audio/PTT cable compatible with Kenwood transceivers (25119). The Kenwood ARCP2000 software works perfectly. However, with Digirig Mobile and the corresponding cable set, the serial interface isn’t working. The COM port is correct, and the interface speed is also correct. No Digimode software can access the interface. What could be the problem?

Are you using Digirig with the serial port configured for RS-232 levels?

After opening it i saw no Bridges. Is this picture the configuration for the Kenwood TS-2000 ?

Yes, to convert your Digirig to RS-232 levels you’ll need to cut 2 existing connections and establish 3 new connections as shown in the picture.
