Yes, but the Windows troubleshooting is documented better than the macOS troubleshooting. The macOS sound settings don’t really behave equivalently to the audio troubleshooting instructions for Windows that are described in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wBFFI-31tU0. Do you know of any Mac-specific audio troubleshooting videos for the Digirig mobile? My digirig has failed but I can’t tell you I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps in that video because about half of those don’t exist for macOS.
Yes, Windows offers more troubleshooting options.
If you have access to a PC then you can use it to rule out the hardware issues (radio/cables/interface). Until then you don’t know if the issue is on the computer’s side or somewhere else.
