No output sound out of digirig mobile

Hello ,

my DigiRig mobile doesn’t output any sounds, tested with an speaker or headphone.

Windows 10 Pro shows output level when tested, tested with the Windows Test button or by the Tune of FLdigi. No sound.

Sound from the DigiRig to the Pc works well.

Any ideas ?? A faulty DigiRig ?

PC Lenovo T460s , usb ports type 3, Win10 Pro

The headphones test is pretty conclusive so it is likely that your Digirig needs repair or replacement. Please reach out with the request via the support form.

I saw on the Lenovo laptop the USB port has a « power logo », is it dangerous for the DigiRig mobile ?

I wouldn’t worry about it. Digirig will only take as much power as it needs.
