Should this microphone be enabled? When I enable it, it causes the radio to key rapidly until I disable it again.
Let’s disable that that mic setting. It must be creating a feedback loop that triggers VOX PTT.
Now, when you are testing “tune” in WSJT-X, do you see green bars populating next to Digirig’s playback device in Control Panel?
That looks good. Do you hear the tone on the right side if you plug in regular headphones into Digirig’s audio socket and do tune in WSJT-X?

Good, we’re narrowing it down. Do you happen to have a multimeter we can use for testing continuity in the cable? These are the connections that should be in the audio cable:
Note that the view on MiniDin6 connector is mirrored when you look at it from the pins side.
R1 to Data In has no continuity. Checked with two meters.
That must be the reason audio doesn’t reach the transceiver. Mailing you a replacement cable.
