QRZ-1 & Digirig lite

I have a Digirig Lite I’ve been using on 10m. Recently received a QRZ-1 HT. Will the Boefang/Kenwood set work for programming as well as digital modes?

I have a Mac Mini and iPhone. The iPhone has a lighting plug, so any usb adapters recommendations?

So, you can PROGRAM with the Digirig Lite & Baofeng cables?
