What kind of knot (ajustable) is used on the end of this antenna? Thanks

I don’t know the antenna. But generally people use a wire clamp device, not a knot. One available at most hardware stores is a “split bolt”. The wire is folded back on itself, and both go through the split in the bolt. A nut then squeezes them together.

My favorite is a Simplex wire rope clamp, generally M3 size. Available at EBay or Amazon.
