Radio Shack HTX-212 Cable

Hello! I’m looking to build a cable for my old Radio Shack HTX-212 VHF mobile radio.
I know the mic connection is an RJ45 and I’m looking for a pin diagram to connect my Digirig.
Any help will be appreciated.

I found this pinout online for HTX-212:

I see that hammadeparts has a cable for another device, and from the picture it appears to be a typical arrangement for mobile radios where mic and PTT come from the mic jack and audio output comes from the speaker jack.

Digirig pinout should look something like this:

RJ45 pin 2 (GND) → 3.5mm TRRS sleeve (GND)
RJ45 pin 5 (MIC) → 3.5mm TRRS ring 1 (RIG_AFIN)
RJ45 pin 6 (PTT) → 3.5mm TRRS ring 2 (PTT)

3.5mm TRS tip (SP) → 3.5mm TRRS tip (RIG_AFOUT)
3.5mm TRS sleeve (GND) → 3.5mm TRRS sleeve (GND)
