No store cable for the MA1 yet, but KE9BQZ built one and has it running on JS8Call and APRS (DigiPi → Digirig → cable → MA1).
The MA1 splits the signals across two jacks: mic and PTT on the RJ-45 mic connector, receive audio on the rear SP jack. So the cable has two legs.
RJ-45 pin 3 (MIC+) -> DR ring 1 (RIG_AFIN)
RJ-45 pin 5 (PTT) -> DR ring 2 (RIG_PTT)
RJ-45 pin 2 (MIC-) -> DR sleeve (GND)
RJ-45 pin 6 (GND) -> DR sleeve (GND)
SP jack tip -> DR tip (RIG_AFOUT)
SP jack sleeve -> NC
You can start with an ethernet cable and add TRS/TRRS 3.5mm jacks — TRRS for the Digirig end, TRS for the speaker end:

The SP jack takes a mono plug, so a TS plug is the tidy choice there. A TRS pigtail works too, as long as the ring and sleeve leads are left unwired.
