Serial cable for Ten-Tec Pegasus 550

I need the pinout of the female RS-232 connector on the serial cable from the Yaesu DIN5 cable kit that came with my Digirig Mobile order. I ordered this for my Ten-Tec Pegasus 550 transceiver and it happens to have a female serial connector. I need to make a gender changer to use the serial cable that came with Digirig. I doubt a straight through gender changer will work. I will likely have to swap some pins and I need to figure out which ones they are.
