SETUP WITH ft60 ht

I have a Yeasu FT60 cable hooked up to the radio. I am using it for WIN Link. But will not transmit. Any suggestions? Thank Dave NU4N

hi, which flavor of digirig are you using?

dr mobile, dr 891, or dr lite ?

PTT method of choice ?

windows with express, linux with pat, WoAD, radiomail etc ?

ok, in the vara-fm software, there is a menu item: settings, PTT

what do you have selected there?

for the combination of an HT and the dr mobile, you should have COM selected.

then, just under that, select the comport number assigned to the dr mobile from the drop down.

then, just under that, select RTS.

that should complete the ptt setup of vara-fm.
