Has anyone needed to activate the 20DB attenuator in the Digirig for use with these radios? Thanks. Jim W7JWT Good in QRZ.
In majority of cases there is no need to enable the hardware attenuator.
If the audio level is too high and level adjustment doesn’t make difference then make sure that the AGC checkbox is unchecked in the properties of Digirig’s recording device under Control Panel.
