After several post regarding use of my ProFX mixer to be an integrated part of my TM-V71A transceiver using Digirig, I thought why not just route the transceiver T/R to the mixer inputs then return the mixer outputs back to the to the Digirig so it would function as designed. This could be accomplished with a breakout box with a 3 foot section of TRRS male to female cable spliced accordingly. Won’t have the Digirig until Wednesday but it seems plausible and not sure why it might not work, and this is where your input counts. Simply put, interrupt the Digirig path, route to the mixer, then mixer output back to the Digirig acting as designed. The mixer can be configured so loopback not a problem. Thanks for all thoughts.
