Using Yaesu FT 2800M with Digirig Lite and Raspberry pi 5

Hello, learning here how to use Raspberry Pi 5 with different radios and modes. And learning Linux.

I was already able to set an Icom 706MKiiG with a Digirig Mobile, both for FT8 with WSJT on Windows 11 and for APRS using the Raspi 5 and Direwolf

Now I was trying to use a Digirig Lite with the Raspi 5, with a Yaesu 2800M.

Not working. Here are some things that I found:

Using the command: ls /dev/serial/by-id/ , having both connected, only appears the Digirig Mobile. If I disconnect the DRmobile, nothing appears.

With the command: arecord -l , both appear in the list. The DRmobile is in 0,0 and DRlite is on 3,0

In the direwolf.conf I already changed the ADEVICE to 3,0

Running Direwolf gives error: can´t open device /dev/ttyUSB0 . I guess it is because I see only the DRmobile on the by-id command. I also tryed the other options for PTT.

I also tryed the DRlite on the computer. Gives an error, that says that it was not recognized. In the device manager. Run a scan for new hardware. Now appears in the USB category, but as Unknown USB device. Tryed to change the driver, with the Silicon Labs CP210X, no luck.

On the Raspi5 I am using the adapter for USB A. On the computer, direct with USB C.

Any suggestions?? Thanks in advanced.

Mauricio, there is no serial port in Digirig Lite.
The available PTT methods are PTT by GPIO3 AKA RA. Board AKA HID and PTT by VOX on the right channel (either payload audio or PTT tone).
