The current Digirig is version 1.9.

I purchased the digirig and the MiniDin6 9600-baud Audio/PTT cable. i hooked it up but when I try to use winlink with Vara FM the radio will not transmit. the cable is plugged into the packet port on the front. It is then plugged into the audio side of the digirig. Is this correct or do I need a different audio cable, then plug this one into the data port. Please help.

Audio jack is correct. You found the associated COM port for the Digirig? And configured PTT in VARA FM?
