Will having Yaesu FT-710 driver installed affect the Digirig?

  1. i have a Windows 11 system.
  2. Installed the driver by Yaesu for the FT-710
  3. Want to use a regular Digirig (with logic level PTT on board)
  4. Will want to connect to a Yaesu 2980 via a digirig as well as HF on the 710 but NOT at the same time.

So what driver do I need to use the Digirig on the same Windows 11 system.

If I do need a different driver, will they coexist together?

you can have several different serial port drivers installed AND have them ‘connected’ at the same time with no problems.

the OS will use the ‘correct’ driver for each individual device.

the digirig mobile (regular) uses cp201 driver, try the below link:
