Win 10 A driver (service) for this device has been disabled

Hi All! The title is the message Win 10 give me on my yellow triangle flagged USB PnP Sound Device.
I received my Digirig a few days ago and I’m trying it on my PC.
The PC recognize Digirig and assign it a Com port.
Please help!

See if removing/deleting the device and then searching for hardware changes in device manager makes any difference.

Thanks for your interest! I already try many times deleting it and plug and unplug the digirig.
Any other idea?

See if audio components are disabled in the Control Panel. You might need to show disabled devices there first:
