From the pictures of the rig it looks like there are lots of connectivity options.
At this time there are no store cables matching any of the connectors so it will have to be a homebrew. Please share the pinout of the connector you want to interface and I’ll give the wiring info. As minimum we’ll need ground, audio in (mic or line-in), audio out (spk or line-out) and PTT. For extra credit we can connect optional serial lines (TX and RX).

Based on that, Digirig’s audio cable will look like this:
DB25 pin 7 (GND) → 3.5mm TRRS sleeve (GND)
DB25 pin 14 (PTT) → 3.5mm TRRS ring 2 (RIG_PTT)
DB25 pin 24 (Radio RX) → 3.5mm TRRS tip (RIG_AFOUT)
DB25 pin 25 (Radio TX) → 3.5mm TRRS ring 1 (RIG_AFIN)
