If i shortcut SLEEVE and R2 my transceiver Yaesu VX does not go into TX.
Squelch is zero.
Any idea?
That indicates either connector fit or wiring issue. You can check the wiring with the continuity tester against the schematic published in the product page. If this is cable from the recent order and you confirm the wiring issue, please reach out via the contact form on the website.
The resistance changes as i test it like you describe between Sleeve and R2, so i think the connecter in the VX6 is a little bit broke. I may try to fix that …..

It sounds like you are testing on the Digirig side which is a legitimate troubleshooting of the interface side. An easier test is on the cable to make sure all connections are still there as documented.
