I have discovered that the FT-
60 cable also works with my Icom IC-P7A. Although the P7A is a rare and low powered handheld, it could be useful for close-in coms. Too bad there is not a general interest among manufacturers to use a standard configuration for these and other connectors. I suspect a greed factor in play, forcing the consumer to buy overpriced accessories or fabricate their own. Kudos to Digirig for identifying which radios share common cable pin-outs.
