Based on that the Digirig audio cable will look like this:

pin 1 MIC → 3.5mm TRRS ring 1 (RIG_AFIN)
pin 2 PTT → 3.5mm TRRS ring 2 (RIG_PTT)
pin 3 GND → 3.5mm TRRS sleeve (GND)
pin 4 MIC GND → 3.5mm TRRS sleeve (GND)

6.35mm TRS tip (PHONES) → 3.5mm TRRS tip (RIG_AFOUT)

Please report the results of your build.

Thanks Denis - do I need to worry about isolation ? Amazon.com: 1/8 to 1/4 Stereo Cable Braided: Hi-Fi Sound Double Layer Shielded Zinc Alloy Case 3.5mm TRS to 6.35mm Audio Cable for Guitar, Laptop, Home Theater Devices, Speaker and Amplifiers 4Ft : Electronics

Yes, you’ll need to get audio from the headphones jack. Isolation is usually not required.
