Low Audio Level

I don’t seem to be getting the USB PnP device for input to radio via the USB PnP microphone. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you referring to the Device Manager? Is COM port detected ok?

Well I have the com port. But my sound settings via the mic is really low, not much transmitt.
