Sometimes my digirig works. But sometimes I only get this:
What to do? 
When I see this, I check to make certain that I have the correct USB audio devices selected, and that the OS, Win11 in my case, has those USB audio devices enabled.

What are the other factors involved?
Is there any pattern between the cases? E.g. works with one computer, but not with another. Works with battery, but not on AC power etc.
It works for a while. Then it stops working. I am using a laptop with windows 11 and it is always connected to AC power. After unplugging it for a long time it sometimes starts working again. A quick disconnect/connect doesn’t help.
I’m sending you a replacement board. Please keep an eye out for it.
