Cables for Radioddity qb25

Any insights on premade cables and/or qb25’s usage for packet use (for a low cost rig on BPQ ports.)

I’m not finding a documented pinout for the mic connector, but with tendency of Asian brands to borrow the technology there is a good chance that it is the same RJ-45 pinout as used in ICOMs, Yaesu or Anytone. You can test it by checking which pins ring to the radio’s chassis (GND) and which pin has +8V.

Well, the Icom plug was a no go. I found this in the forum today. Looks like I may be building my own.

Wait, is this all I need?

This looks very much like Btech UV-25:

rings switched and the instructions provided by K0TX works well. Also, I cannot find if VOX is supported. I built a cable, used Digirig Mobile and have successfully used, WJSTX - FY4/FT8, JS8CALL, WinLink, MMSSTV.
